----The hypocrisy of Western regimes exceeds all limits: at the same
time that they cooperate flawlessly with all the monarchical
authoritarian & theocratic regimes of the Middle East, such as Saudi
Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, etc., they use the regime of the Islamic
Republic of Iran as a tool to invest their crimes with a supposedly
"liberating hue", with the most notable being the cold-blooded murder of
over 180 children in bombings that hit schools and sports facilities.
Even when "truces" arise, they are systematically violated, revealing
their true character as temporary tools for reconstitution and not as
substantial steps towards peace. The peoples experience the same work
over and over again: agreements that collapse within a few hours with
new rounds of bloodshed to follow. The Israeli bombings of Lebanon, just
hours after the ceasefire agreement between Iran and the US, which hit
residential areas, basic infrastructure, hospitals and energy networks,
are widening the circle of conflict and destabilization throughout the
region. These attacks are part of a broader strategy of generalizing the
conflict, which threatens to drag more and more peoples into war.
They are thus continuing their godlike work as they began in the modern
period with the bombings of Belgrade in 1999, with the war in Iraq in
2003 that destroyed the country, the twenty-year occupation in
Afghanistan that left behind a newly strengthened Taliban regime, the
surrender of Syria to the camouflaged ISIS, and the complete
disintegration of Libya after the overthrow of Gaddafi, which was
plunged into perpetual civil wars. The victims of imperialist predatory
and neo-colonial wars and interventions are always the peoples
themselves, who are slaughtered in this global slaughterhouse or take
the path of migration to find death at the land and water borders of
Europe with the murderous assistance of the Greek state.
NO PEOPLE WAS SAVED FROM THE BOMBS OF THE IMPERIALISTS
We have no sympathy or support for the Iranian regime either, another
regime of absolute power and sovereignty which, for its own religious,
political, geopolitical and cultural reasons, is in an opposing bloc to
the dominant West of the USA-NATO-ISRAEL. The constantly tested people
of Iran have to face both external attacks by their executioners with
bombs and "smart strikes" and internally a regime that does not hesitate
to drown in blood any reaction against it, most recently the repressive
orgy that followed the last uprising and resulted in the murders of
thousands of Iranian citizens.
Accordingly, the peoples of Lebanon and Palestine are faced with the
violence of bombings, the destruction of their infrastructure and the
constant threat of displacement, in a reality where war and occupation
are becoming normal.
At the same time, the war of the powerful is not fought only by military
means. A typical example is Cuba, where the tightening of the embargo
intensifies economic suffocation, causing shortages and widespread power
outages for the population, confirming that imperialist imposition is
not limited to the battlefields but extends to every aspect of social life.
No "protection" and no "salvation" can come from states, their armies
and alliances, but only from the action and solidarity of the peoples
themselves.
The cause of the liberation of peoples is always exclusively and solely
in their own hands.
