che i loro responsabili non avevano risposto alla richiesta, fatta alla
fine di agosto, di "registrarsi", la notizia è arrivata poco oltre
lŽarea degli addetti ai lavori. Anche se a livello locale qualche
articolo aveva fatto notare che la registrazione avrebbe comportato una
supervisione o un controllo sui contenuti pubblicati. Poi però in
alcune città a partire dalla capitale ci sono state manifestazioni di
protesta che sono sfociate in atti di vera e propria rivolta urbana.
