reconnaissant la réalité de la discrimination subies par des
travailleuses, sanctionnées et licenciées par leur employeur en raison
de leur engagement syndical. Finalement, l'entreprise va devoir
restituer la plus grande partie des indemnités obtenues aux Prud'hommes
en 2017 (environ 125 000€). ---- La décision de la Cour de Cassation
est une grande victoire après 14 années éprouvantes de lutte et
