It is fundamental to understand that this service is not reduced to mere 
bureaucratic assistance or an attempt to "adjust" comrades to current 
laws. On the contrary, the UAF views the law as yet another 
battlefield-a space where the State exercises its symbolic and material 
violence to perpetuate exploitation and inequality. Therefore, our legal 
work seeks to unveil the contradictions of the legal system, offering 
practical support so that the oppressed can resist the attacks of the 
system, without ever losing sight of the fact that true emancipation 
will only come with the radical overcoming of this order.

The Federalist Anarchist Union thus constitutes an important point of 
organized struggle against the State, bourgeois democracy, and 
capitalism. We are not deluded by false promises of equality before the 
law, because we know that the judiciary, parliaments, and other 
political institutions serve, above all, the interests of the economic 
elites and the maintenance of class privileges. However, while the 
social revolution is not yet realized, we understand that it is our duty 
to strengthen practical solidarity, using all available tools-including 
technical-legal knowledge-to wear down the gears of the system, protect 
our militants, and ensure that workers are not crushed with impunity by 
the state machine.

We therefore invite all comrades who feel cornered by public power or 
exploited by capitalist relations to seek us out, as they have already 
been doing, strengthening the bonds of trust and reciprocity. The UAF is 
an instrument of struggle built collectively, and its strength lies in 
the union of those who dream of a world without masters and without
