and the long history of anarchists in the struggles of the people. Our
organization is a humble contribution to this revolutionary project of
total transformation of the capitalist, patriarchal, and colonial system

particularities, social composition, and with the subjects who inhabit it.
This 4th Congress finds us at a juncture where apathy, resignation, and
individualism seem to prevail, even in many spaces of political and
social activism. The current social fragmentation leads valuable
comrades to fall into frustration and demotivation, unable to foresee a
possible way out. In this In this context, the 4th Congress of the OAC
redoubles its efforts and further strengthens the conviction that the
solution is and will be collective, based on solidarity, organization,
and direct action. It is time to ignite the flame of class struggle,
hatred of the ruling class, and solidarity with the oppressed classes to
bring down the system of domination and from there collectively build
something new.
It is urgent and necessary to regroup and sow the seeds of class
solidarity and organization once again. This Congress offers this humble
contribution, which we are prepared to make endure, and to which we
invite all comrades who want to build another possible world to join.
