Alternative Current needs subscriptions
The subscription to CA will increase in 2026. It had been EUR30 since... 
2012, admittedly initially for 10 issues and special issues.

Since then, we have switched to a 4-color cover, we use a mailing 
company, printing and shipping costs have steadily increased, and we are 
no longer distributed in newsstands due to the explosion of press 
distribution rates (the demise of NMPP).

The basic annual subscription is therefore increasing to EUR35 for 10 
issues, which remains quite affordable, but only EUR20 for those who 
find it too expensive, which isn't unusual in these lean times...

Like all activist publications, CA will remain in deficit despite this 
increase. To break even, we would need EUR20,000 per year, or 600 
subscriptions. Consider renewing your subscription (see here), encourage 
others to subscribe, and don't hesitate to subscribe by sending a check, 
making a bank transfer to the La Galère account via the website

If you read our articles on the website, please note that it only exists 
thanks to the print edition. So don't be stingy: make a donation that 
won't be tax-deductible, because we don't do that kind of thing...

distribution...
