The Federalist Union of Anarchists (F.E.A.N.) is an organization of 
class and revolutionary struggle, a political body and an exponent of 
anarchism and its great cinematic tradition throughout the world. Its 
strategic goal is the Social Revolution, the overthrow of the power of 
the state and capital and the construction of a libertarian society 
based on collective self-management, solidarity and social equality. A 
society in which production, services and all the affairs of social life 
will be in the hands of the social base itself and its collective organs.

F.E.A.N. was formed in November 2025, in an era characterized by 
enormous historical upheavals. We are living in a period in which the 
contradictions of the capitalist system can no longer be hidden or 
embellished. Since the outbreak of the global economic crisis of 
2007-2008, which has never been overcome, the capitalist system has been 
in a constant state of decline: financial collapses, country 
bankruptcies, plunder and depletion of natural resources, inflation, 
geopolitical conflicts to rearrange spheres of influence. The policies 
implemented to "save the economy" were not intended to save the people 
and the working classes, but big capital and its profitability. The 
results are global and visible in every corner of the planet: wars, 
violent impoverishment, intensification of state authoritarianism, 
dismantling and privatization of public social welfare structures, 
transformation of entire countries into zones of cheap labor and mass 
uprooting. All of these are not the direct "political errors" but the 
inevitable consequences of the structural crisis of an exploitative 
system which, in order to perpetuate its dominance, does not hesitate to 
proceed to human sacrifices and enormous social disasters.

In Greece, the global capitalist crisis took the form of a debt crisis 
and the policy of transferring responsibility for its causes to the 
overwhelming social majority was strongly reflected, to which the entire 
burden of its effects was transferred, paying a heavy price. The entire 
memorandum governments that found themselves at the helm of political 
governance hand in hand with the European Union, the IMF and big 
domestic and international capital demolished social conquests that had 
been won through hard class and social struggles, often bloody, such as 
the eight-hour workday, collective agreements, the right to strike, 
trade union freedoms, political action in universities, etc. The violent 
social restructuring in Greece has not yet been completed; on the 
contrary, it is taking on increasingly barbaric aspects, with the 
memorandum fiscal rules remaining in force, accuracy eroding workers' 
income and state repression bleeding out the resistance of the era 
undisturbed, paving the way for the full imposition of the plans of the 
state and capital. It is a given that the worst lies ahead, as long as 
the social and class struggles are in retreat after the defeat and 
assimilation of the previous decade.

In this historical context of crisis and decline, the construction of an 
anarchist organization has been a political task for us both in the 
direction of the reorganization of the struggles, and in the perspective 
of the necessity of the Social Revolution, which is the only solution of 
our times. An organization that will constitute the vanguard of the 
struggle of the working class, the poor, the unemployed, the youth and 
all those who experience daily exploitation and oppression in a world 
that is sick. F.E.A.N. was born precisely to give all its strength to 
these purposes, to the creation of this organization and the elaboration 
of a revolutionary program and strategy in the daily social and class 
war that rages.

The Federalist Union of Anarchists fights to convince that another world 
is not only necessary, but also possible. That no bourgeois "management" 
of the crisis and no change of government can benefit the great social 
majority, whose only interest is the overthrow, the revolution, the 
establishment of another model of organization of the economy and social 
life: Libertarian Communism, Anarchy! In this context, we fight for the 
construction of a modern, militant and revolutionary anarchist movement 
that will not be limited to protest or to the role of the "noisemaker" 
in the tail of the struggles and class struggle, but will propose a 
program, a plan and a strategy of overthrow. Which will not only defend 
but also attack, which will not follow the "agenda" of current political 
events but will play a leading role in political developments and the 
struggle on every class and social front. At the same time, we are 
fighting for the reconstruction of the labor and student movement on 
other bases, unguarded, from below, away from the bourgeois programs and 
the bankrupt agitators of the party dictatorship over the proletariat.

F.E.A.N. aims for organized action in the workplaces, in the 
neighborhoods, in the universities, in the social projects, in every 
small and large struggle of our times. Against disappointment, 
resignation and fear, against the futility of "nothing changes" 
advocated by the dominant ideology and the postmodern "end of 
revolutions", against individualism and reformism.

The founding declaration of positions and the statute of 
identity-function-goals of the Federalist Union of Anarchists will 
follow in the coming days.
