The brochure "Against the modern totalitarianism of the state and 
capital - Against war, nationalism, fascism and imperialism" of the 
Anarchist Political Organization - Federation of Collectives has been 
released in printed form. The introductory note and its contents follow. 
---- "The disintegration and complete bankruptcy of the world of the 
state and capitalism constitutes a limit for the era of its global 
integration and at the same time the cause of the intensification of 
intra-imperialist contradictions and the consequent increase in the 
threat of war. The state-capitalist system carries within itself its 
contradictions, the competition between the bourgeois staffs for the 
best position on the chessboard for the plunder and distribution of 
valuable and limited natural resources, the expansion of their "sphere 
of influence" is what makes the sirens of war sound again and again. 
Because as long as societies are bound by the so-called "national 
interest", private profit and capitalist accumulation, war will be the 
only way for empires in conflict. This capitalist lawfulness, however, 
it does not at all mean that the system of oppression is heading towards 
its own annihilation, through its dead ends and contradictions if the 
peoples themselves do not claim to take their fate into their own hands."

This publication is a synthesis of political positions, with a common 
point of reference of modern totalitarianism and war as the extreme 
expression of the deep and comprehensive crisis of the state and 
capitalist system of organizing society. The texts come from 
announcements, proposals, calls of the Anarchist Political Organization, 
its groups, the special thematic group against Patriarchy and the 
International Anarchist Confederation (IFA).
From the struggles against Fortress Europe and in solidarity with 
refugees and immigrants, the barricades of internationalist solidarity 
against fascism, nationalism and intolerance, the mobilizations against 
the murderous NATO military machine and American bases, the anti-war 
demonstrations against the Russian army's invasion of Ukraine, the 
signals of internationalist solidarity to the rebel brothers and sisters 
in the Americas, Iran, Kurdistan and the entire world, to the struggle 
of solidarity with the Palestinian people who are fighting indomitably 
for land and freedom, against their genocide by the state of Israel and 
its allies.

As anarchists, what we want to highlight is the ability of the conquered 
to counterattack the all-powerful conqueror, the ability of the poor and 
the excluded to rebel even under the most barbaric conditions. 
Internationalist solidarity can create rifts within the attacking 
rulers, bringing to the fore our own history, the history of the social 
and class struggles of those from below that, against all times, create 
the living reality of freedom and solidarity, constituting the only real 
bulwark against the onslaught of modern totalitarianism. Besides, we do 
not forget that the people who today stand against the monster of 
fascism and war, of state repression, of totalitarianism, against racism 
and the plunder of nature and the planet are the first drops of our 
righteous anger. The struggle for the Social Revolution continues and 
will win!
