take a look together at the current situation regarding the newly 
planned military service. Joachim, state spokesperson for the German 
Peace Society - United War Resisters NRW, will outline the current 
situation regarding military and other compulsory services in his talk. 
We'll hear reasons why it makes sense to refuse military service and how 
this works. At the end of the talk, Joachim also devotes a few 
paragraphs to the current situation of the threat of a major war and 
offers an outlook for the coming years.
The topic of being trans and military service will also receive special 
attention. What regulations do trans people face? We look forward to an 
exciting talk and a lively discussion afterwards. This event is the 
rescheduled date for October 16.

The room will be open from 6 p.m., and the event will begin at 6:15 p.m. 
and last approximately two hours. The event is free of charge; there
