The urgent social and anti-fascist response must be commensurate with 
the offensive thus waged. Whatever the social partners' slogans, it is 
the grassroots that must mobilize without allowing themselves to be 
hijacked by the fascists who are complicit in the situation.

It is more urgent than ever to get rid of political and capitalist power 
and the demagogic lunatics who wield it indiscriminately.

Anarchists, in their deep and historic struggle against social injustice 
and oppression, will play their full part in this and must be present 
from the very beginning of the social mobilization announced for 
September 10, by loudly and clearly displaying their colors and their 
revolutionary social project.
