anniversary, we ask: What if freedom begins on the plate? What if social
transformation springs from the colors, lines, and voices that echo in

downtown Vitória, we will occupy public space to dialogue, create, and
resist. We will discuss how vegetarianism and art intertwine in the
struggle for a world without oppression-without owners, without masters,
without constraints. ---- This is not an event just about what we eat or
what we paint. It is about how these everyday choices challenge
structures of power, cruelty, and exploitation. It is about emancipation
through consciousness and direct action.
Bring your voice, your art, your ideas, and your hunger for change.
Let's sow reflection together, share rebellious flavors, and strengthen
bonds of struggle and solidarity.
