Despite the fact that the so-called "elections", which is essentially a circus in which officials and other bosses were again training state employees, ended, echoes of this significant event were heard last week. ---- I'll figure it out by IP and fire you! ---- ?At one of the events, the mayor of Nizhny Tagil, Vladislav Pinaev, like any government representative, could not restrain himself and spewed out a stream of enthusiastic nonsense mixed with threats, naturally bringing in the topic of elections.
First, Pinaev thanked the townspeople for the high turnout and admitted that in his dreams the turnout was more modest, and he didn't really believe that the townspeople could be dragged to the elections so easily: "I didn't believe until the last moment that we could do this. No one has ever done this before in their life. No one even dreamed of such a result. <...> I didn't even dream about him."

Then Pinaev moved on to the favorite topic of officials - "one boat" and threats. The mayor said that he would check municipal employees and public sector workers in Nizhny Tagil to identify those who did not participate in voting for the President of the Russian Federation. "Now we'll check everyone in a month to see if they were there or not. Let's do this: either we are on one team or we are all separately. Why are you sitting there, sitting out while everyone else is plowing?" - the mayor remarked self-critically.

Pinaev also added that a person receiving a salary from the state cannot ignore presidential elections, and those who did not vote have no place in the civil service, regardless of qualifications.

There is now a catastrophic shortage of personnel in the public sector, but Pinaev is confident that public sector employees are simply obliged to work for the idea and stand before the authorities in a knee-elbow position, without regard to the fact that, according to the current Constitution, participation in elections is a right, not an obligation for citizens of the Russian Federation (Article 32, paragraph 2). However, when the Constitution ceased to be worth anything, hired workers find more compelling words to demand from their bosses to vote.

Go to hell!
It turned out that employees of large Kremlin-controlled corporations react very aggressively to attempts to force them to participate in voting .

A political strategist who collaborates with the Kremlin and is familiar with the progress of corporate mobilization in oil companies told reporters that so far "the corporate campaign is going badly": "People don't want[to go vote]. Previously, the[corporate mobilization]scheme worked-many people held on to their positions and were afraid of losing them. Now workers understand: there is a shortage in the labor market, so no one will fire them for refusing to vote. A very common answer: "Go to hell!" I don't want to, so what will you do to me? Will you work instead of me?"

In our opinion, this is the most correct response not only to the demand to go vote, but in general to any unlawful behavior of the authorities. While there is no revolver, we must at least start with a kind word.

From oncologists to janitors
And, of course, when reading the news, the most unkind words arise.

?In February, a wild story began in Rostov-on-Don with the reduction and transfer of district oncologists to other places of work - according to the plan of the local administration, by April 1, there should be no such specialists left in clinics; cancer patients in the region will be served in one institution - the Zdorovye medical center " A big surprise awaits cancer patients here - preference is given to paying patients. They are registered out of turn, and free ones are accepted only according to quotas; now they have to waste a lot of time, first waiting for an appointment with a therapist so that he can issue a referral to the medical center, then waiting for an appointment with an oncologist, who can only see them in a few weeks or months.

The doctors themselves say that the reason for what is happening is an attempt to force people to more actively use paid services. This was discussed in the Rostov telegram channel "Tyutina".

Patients report that there are no places with oncologists in the united centers for the whole of April, and the next appointment with a general practitioner at the place of residence, who should issue referrals, is only for April 1. In addition, now oncologists in "Zdorovye" do not perform many tasks that were the responsibility of the district ones - for example, they do not issue sick leave, disability, and do not prescribe narcotic drugs (with a home visit).

But the destruction of local medical care does not end there. There are not enough oncologist positions in the medical center for all the doctors, so laid-off doctors are offered to move to non-medical positions - in a call center, as an administrator, or even as a cleaner. Doctors shared the corresponding document with a list of vacancies with the public.

Dunno on the ambulance
The authorities create a problem with one hand, and try to solve it with the other. But, as usual, they solve it to the best of their idiocy. Now they want to allow doctors without specialized specialization to work in ambulances.

The Ministry of Labor is developing a new professional standard for "emergency medical services doctor," Medvestnik reports (the draft order was published on the portal regulation.gov.ru ). The document is expected to come into force on September 1, 2024.

The main reason for this is the shortage of personnel. The acute shortage and constant outflow of emergency doctors is mentioned in the explanatory note to the draft order. To be clarified: the number of employees in emergency medical doctor positions fell from 13,978 (2014) to 9,634 (2022).

To reduce the shortage of personnel, it is proposed to attract specialists who have completed training in the programs "general medicine" and "pediatrics" to work in the ambulance without undergoing residency training in the specialty "emergency medicine" or without undergoing professional retraining.

The document also clarifies that, in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Health dated 05/02/2023 No. 206n, to fill the position of "mobile emergency medical team doctor", the specified specialty obtained after September 1, 2023 is sufficient. Thus, it is only necessary to regulate issues related to the admission of doctors without specialized specialization to work in ambulances.

Earlier, Medvestnik reported that the number of specialists with higher medical education in the ambulance service continues to decline. According to Rosstat, in 2022, only 10.6% of those working at stations and in emergency departments were doctors. Another 56.1% of employees were nursing staff. In 2020, the share of doctors was 11.4%. The data on nursing staff has not changed.

Now the authorities are doing everything to avoid raising doctors' salaries - for example, they are trying to fill the personnel gap in the healthcare system with students and residents. Last December, the government extended permission to work on ambulances for students in medical universities until January 2025. As the Ministry of Health reported, in a number of regions such health workers made up a "significant part" of the service staff.

Obscene cacti
As you know, the most unnecessary people we have are doctors and teachers. And they still like to torment teachers for the most idiotic reasons. Either they have photos in swimsuits on VKontakte, or they allow themselves to kiss and hug their loved ones in these photos. But these are still flowers, but cacti. And the cacti are just ahead.

A teacher, associate professor of the Department of Mechanical Engineering Technologies of Volgograd State Technical University, candidate of technical sciences Alexei Zhdanov, got into a big scandal when he showed his colleagues his cactus (in the literal sense of the word). Alexey was forced to resign.

The story happened on March 9th. Wanting to add something new to the chat of colleagues congratulating each other with tons of tulips, Alexey posted a photo of his collection of cacti that had begun to bloom, and a photo of the unusual fluffy cactus Espostoa lanata. The man has been interested in growing cacti for 15 years; at home he has a shelf with an impressive greenhouse of plants of various shapes.

After Alexey shared a photo of cacti with his colleagues, amazing things began to happen to him. First, the teacher was excluded from all chats without explanation. A few days later, according to the man, the head of the department called him and invited him to talk. It turned out that colleagues considered the shapes of some cacti obscene and suggestive of some naughty thoughts. They complained to Alexey that he posted "indecent things" in the chat, showed a "provocative cactus" and in general "such" methods of communication in the chat are unacceptable. In a word, Alexei's cacti extremely outraged and offended the deep feelings of morality and morality of his colleagues.

Alexey refused to come to the conversation, and then he was asked to write a statement of his own free will. One can easily understand Alexey, who agreed and quit, not wanting to work in a team of people who could be provoked into something obscene by an ordinary cactus.

Alexey recorded a video in which he showed his collection of cacti and demonstrated the most "provocative" of them. The discouraged and indignant teacher spoke in detail about the situation and asked to spread the news about his dismissal from the Volgograd College of Management and New Technologies.

"They asked me to write a letter of resignation of my own free will. Like, I post indecent things in the department chat. The team was insulted," says Alexey. - "Maybe the shape of the bottles should also be banned? A flower is not always a tulip. It turns out that I'm hinting at something... By the way, there are already not enough teachers at the college. Eternal vacancies in programming and computer science."

The college where the teacher worked was unable to formulate its position regarding the cactus scandal and did not provide any comments. But, as they wrote to us on the former Twitter, now the social network X, now in this college the name of Zhdanov cannot be mentioned, and some are even threatened with expulsion for this.

This is what eternal youth is like...
