The same goes for the current government project of so-called 
"differentiated autonomy". The very fact that the law was written by 
Roberto Calderoli represents a guarantee of chaos. By raising the 
question of the minimum services that each Region should offer to its 
citizens/users, the text of the law already delegitimizes itself, since 
it is not able to specify the sources of financing; but the true meaning 
of the text lies in winking at the bad guys, making them understand that 
there is enough fog and ambiguity to be able to carve out their own 
fiefdoms, obviously finding the appropriate banks of complicity. The 
legal and material conditions for differentiated autonomy in the legal 
sphere do not exist.

Not everyone remembers that the Covid emergency began at the beginning 
of 2020 in Lombardy as an "informal" experiment in differentiated

citizens, depriving them of services and rights that are taken for 
granted elsewhere. The problem is that the domination schemes developed 
in the South can then also be applied against the blond Aryans of the 
North. With his goody-goody face, Roberto Speranza grew up in the very 
harsh school of southern colonialism, so even if Fontana is an 
unscrupulous gangster, he is still too spoiled by a comfortable life to 
be able to do anything against him. (3)

The level of humiliation that can be inflicted on the southern
