sector, rather, it represents a transversal crisis of the party system, 
since both the progressive project and the Pinochet project , have 
thrown themselves against a voting mass that has rejected them. The 
above shows that the demand for a new constitution was established by 
social democratic opportunism and never by those who rose up since 
October 18, 2019.
It is essential to understand that there is a space of political dispute 
in which we must take part, committing ourselves to the development of 
popular power organizations to sustain a project that is born from the 
communities and in the heat of struggle. The slow recomposition of the 
social fabric is fertile ground for the instrumentalization and 
co-option of the popular sectors, therefore, it is a fundamental task of 
anarchism to build organization from autonomy, class independence and 
horizontality, so that those perspectives and tools can deactivate the 
progressive trap that only seeks to squeeze social movements in pursuit 
of its political objectives. An example of the above is the shameful 
display of some movements of residents, who, instigated by their leaders 
with ties to the government, have mobilized in defense of Montes, 
minister of housing and political operator of the Chilean Chamber of 
Construction. It is a priority that social movements are born and grow 
with total class independence, otherwise it leads us to situations like 
the one described above, that is, residents who defend a representative 
of the union that brings together the main real estate speculators, 
responsible for the levels of overcrowding, indebtedness and 
gentrification that affects our urban habitat.

Regarding the disastrous government, there is not much more to 
highlight: the Ministry of the Environment, led by the 
"environmentalist", Maisa Rojas, has opened the door to multiple 
extractive projects, accelerating the ecological destruction of our 
territories. The above is evidenced by the private-state alliance 
regarding the exploitation of Lithium, which will entail the destruction 
of the fragile ecosystems of the salt flats, an issue that is already 
causing the mobilization of indigenous communities in defense of the 
Atacama salt flats. Also, this alliance has been established by the 
state with SQM, a company linked to the Pinochet family and linked to 
the illegal financing of politics, strengthening the state-business 
pact. Regarding this, we want to make it clear that the opposition 
between the State and the Market is fictitious, both have a relationship 
of full collaboration and this progressive government only seeks to 
create a more harmonious and stable relationship between both,

communities take control over their bodies, territories and lives.

At the international level, the genocide on the people of Palestine 
continues; The State of Israel, with the support of the US, the European 
Union and the Western world in general, has been carrying out a 
systematic policy of annihilating the population of Gaza for months. For 
our part, we do not get lost in epistemic labyrinths and we stand in 
solidarity with the Palestinian resistance in Gaza and the West Bank. 
However, we should not only look at Zionism and its policy of death, in 
Wallmapu there is a dirty war without the extent and harshness of Gaza, 
but with the same objective: the eradication of those who oppose the 
oppressors. In the Mapuche ancestral territory, the progressive 
government has sustained an unprecedented militarization, seeking to 
dismantle the Mapuche autonomous movement through state terrorism. Today 
there are more than 60 Mapuche political prisoners, the communities are 
constantly harassed and even evicted from their lands by the 
"Anti-Taking Law", in turn, imprisoned community members maintain a long 
hunger strike, which has already spread throughout the country. more 
than 70 days demanding the annulment of the racist trial that has 
sentenced them to extensive sentences.

Returning to the above, the courts of justice have shown all their 
authoritarian character, their class commitment to the judicial cases 
presented to them has been evident. On the one hand, very long sentences 
for Mapuche community members or the recent sentences of 12 and 84 years 
imposed respectively on Mónica Caballero and Francisco Solar, while, on 
the other hand, Kathy Barriga and Camila Polizzi enjoy the luxuries of 
their home "prison" or Juan Emilio Cheyre, a soldier linked to 15 
murders, was sentenced to 5 years of supervised release. Justice is 
nothing more than the tool to punish those who rebel.

We also want to mention what happened recently in Ecuador, where 
organized crime gangs devastated certain localities. This situation is 
not a phenomenon exclusive to this country; it has also occurred, to a 
greater or lesser extent, in the recent history of countries such as 
Colombia, Venezuela, Mexico and Brazil. For progressivism, the weakening 
of the State is what generates the proliferation of drug trafficking and 
the mafia, an issue that from our perspective is erroneous, since it is 
the State itself that arms and supports these groups, becoming an 
underground arm of the state apparatus. . There is abundant news that 
shows us the sale of weapons from various state institutions to these 
gangs or the concomitance between police, military and bosses, 
therefore, only the strengthening of the community organization, the 
installation of values of solidarity and the destruction of the State 
are the guarantee so that these organizations that poison our people, 
capture our neighborhoods and dispose of our lives, are completely 
eradicated.

In another scenario, the oppressed class in Argentina lives crucial 
moments; It is essential that popular organizations get rid of 
clientelism and Peronist mentoring once and for all. Milei represents 
only one flank, the most incendiary and radical, but it is still the 
spearhead of parasitic interests from various sectors of the 
trans-Andean economy and politics. Multisectoral articulation, in terms 
of struggle, is the only thing that can stop the capitalist interests 
that seek to make Argentina another neoliberal paradise, but for this 
the construction of a strong popular movement, from below and outside 
the State, is essential.

Finally, the tasks are clear and do not wait: first, an ideological and 
cultural dispute must be initiated against the anti-values on which 
"narco culture" is based, ideas such as "saving oneself alone", 
egocentrism, discrimination, selfishness, etc., only fuel behaviors that 
dissolve the sense of community. Secondly, the popular and community 
organization betting on Community Management means a very important 
qualitative leap in assuming a process of self-construction that takes 
our lives away from the State, the business community and of course the 
drug trafficker. Thirdly, the dispute and control over the territory we 
inhabit cannot be postponed when it comes to defending a revolutionary 
political project that opposes death. In these moments of confusion, 
hopelessness and violence, we must respond with commitment, fight and 
organization.
