One corporate media videographer was spotted and left alone by the police.
He could go wherever he wanted, while IMC reporters were targeted as
protesters.

Apparenlty a posting was written to the Montreal IMC site that wished harm
to George W. Bush. 

The FBI has taken action with a warrant for the arrest of the man that
registerd the domain name 'indymedia.org' 

The warrant states that IMC is not allowed to send email regarding the
matter, which is unconstitutional and illegal.

Also, vans of men dressed in plain clothes were seen pulling into a side
street and dispersing into the backyards of houses and woods directly
behind the protesters. They scattered in various directions. People suspect
they are undercover police officers.

They are now chasing the crowd down the street.

One protester was sent to the hospital after being shot in the kidney area
with a rubber bullet. He may be bleeding internally. Stephen from the IMC
NYC was shot in the leg and Salim from the San Francisco IMC was shot in
the head and is bleeding.

Riot police are now using concussion grenades against the protesters.

Three molotov cocktails were launched at the police when they once again
advanced to crush the wooden fence barricade.

Police once again advanced and launched more teargas, which temporarily
dispersed the crowd of hundreds of black bloc members. But some remained to
build another street-wide fence to keep them back.

Two full large buses and seven to nine vans of riot police have just arrive
up the road from the CMAQ space and are unloading.

There is a very large fire on the overpass Dufferin-Montmorency, so big it
is clearly visible from the CMAQ space, 3 blocks away.

The riot police advanced with a water-cannon truck and sprayed the entire
crowd. The water exaccerbates the teargas. In response, one person threw a
molotov cocktail at the police, but it did not reach them. Immediately
afterwards, pacifists within the black block stood at the front of the line
holding up peace signs.

Quebec City - Police seem to be losing control of the situation, they are
under orders to clear the streets. 

Police have moved outside the fence and are trying to clear the streets in
the st john neighborhood... they are using incredible amounts of gas and
water cannons.

About 1000 black block members have gathered on Cote' d'Abraham and
Richelieu streets, just outside of the CMAQ space. They have built a street
wide blockade of fences and a gigantic bonfire in hopes of preventing the
mass of riot police standing 30 meters away from advancing on them. For
now, neither side is making any moves.

8:19pm EST   Gabe, a 7-month old baby of a food-not-bombs volunteer was in
the CMAQ space for protection from the gases ouside, but suffered the
effects of the gas that seeped into the building anyway. The baby was
tearing and screaming with a flush face for 15 mins until medics treated
him and moved him to another area.

Food Not Bombs under bridge being heavily gassed, from on top of building
or nearby bridge. 

Protesters and police are confronting each other on the underpass [Cote
d'Abraham]. There seems to be police on the overpass and underpass pushing
protesters back.
